Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

Why are we not hearing about the CPS prosecuting the woman for a false allegation?

[–]herewegoaga1n 8 points9 points10 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You came to the wrong planet, pal....

[–]redditorriot 40 points41 points42 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

But she told the court that Ali had taken advantage of a vulnerable woman who was clearly very sleepy or intoxicated.

She said taxi drivers had to be trusted to behave responsibly with drunken women passengers or women with mental problems.

We're reaching peak insanity with this shit in terms of the situations in which some want men prosecuted for sexual assault / rape, and the increasing amount of infantilisation / reduced responsibility on women.

She was sleepy, your honor! Bang him up!

She is bipolar, your honor! Bang him up!

What the fuck.

so does a Taxi license come with a degree in psychology now?

[–]snark1280 12 points13 points14 points 10 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Well clearly this proves the fact that women are not equipped mentally to make serious decisions about their own bodies and behaviours. Should women be held accountable for driving while drunk or tired? Clearly not. Should women be trusted in any important job where decisions may affect the health and safety of others? Clearly not.
You can't have it both ways feminists. Either you are equal and responsible, or you're infantile and must be protected from yourselves. Or, maybe the Islamists have it right after all? Keep them wrapped up in a sack, and disallow any activities where they might hurt themselves, for their own good.

[–]Namapint 3 points4 points5 points 10 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link

I infer you are advocating for equality of freedom and equality of responsibility for both men and women. But I bet someone is going to take the last two sentences of your post and repost them with no context in order to say "Look, those misogynist shitlords at Reddit Men's Rights agree with the status of women in Islamic fundamentalist communities!"

You worry too much what your enemies will say about you.

[–]Namapint 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Not really worried. Just sayin'.

Every day I have more and more sympathy for Islamists views on women. I no longer have any problem with the burqa and such.

This view of mine has been taught me by the actions and views of feminists on women. Women must be protected even from themselves, according to the feminists.

Yet my natural instincts are towards equality. Feminism has twisted that not patriarchy.

[–]piggypoo -1 points0 points1 point 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You're not alone if your way of thinking. Might not be too bad to convert to Islam if the extreme feminists somehow get too much influence.

Why was this woman not charged with for False Accusation? It is not even mentioned in the article?!

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is rape culture.

Why it is legal to secretly film in the UK

If you are arrested in the UK you will be videoed if a strip search is carried out. This is not voyeurism The cells at police stations have CCTV in them recording, even the toilet area. The police often put CCTV in toilets and changing rooms to record drug deals all around the country.

Recording for voyeurism is a crime.

BUT

What is important is the purpose of the recording. As has been proven in law many times it is legal to record a sexual encounter if it is to protect you from a false allegation. Recording is not for a sexual purpose. It is the same when the police record a strip search or secretly record a drug deal in a changing room, toilets. It is perfectly legal if it is not for a sexual purpose. Voyeurism relates to a sexual act.

This is not a sexual act it is recording to protect yourself from a false allegation. There is no court in the UK that can stop you doing that. If you repeatedly viewed the tape or showed anyone then it would possibly be illegal since this may be construed as having the tape for a sexual purpose. It would also obviously be illegal to upload it to the internet.

If you secretly record the sexual act and store the tape for your own protection this is not illegal.

It all comes down to the motive for recording the sexual act.

You can protect yourself from a false allegation with one of these:

This is the definition form a legal dictionary

Voyeurism Definition: The secret viewing of another person in a place where that person would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, for the purposes of the viewer's sexual arousal

Note the highlighted last few words.

It comes down to the motive of the person making the recording.

This allows law enforcement to secretly record anywhere without falling foul of a voyeurism charge. they record for evidence.

A person is also legally allowed to secretly record to protect themselves from a false allegation

For now perhaps. I can see what will happen if enough men use these recordings to beat phony sexual assault accusations. Feminists will find a way to convince politicians it's unfair to women. Probably by claiming men are using these recordings for purposes other than their own security against false allegations. Because of course, some will.

Rather than making sharing them without permission illegal they'll make the recordings illegal. Which would make them inadmissible as evidence against an assault claim.

[–]Namapint 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Unless a woman makes the recording. Then some kind of hamster-logic will be employed to make it legal.

[–]civilsaint 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's sad that people have to resort to this. With so many videos out there, it is likely that revenge porn it even theft will lead to leaks. A whole new genre.

With that said, it can be the difference between jail and freedom.

To anyone whose sex two gets leaked... Thank a feminist.

Strip searches aren't recorded.

Don't worry guys, if feminists have their way, he would still be convicted if she retroactively withdrew consent!

[–]TheDude41 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Always be recording.

Provided she lied: Perjury, making a false report, attempted battery (by proxy), attempted false imprisonment (by proxy).

All of these are violent crimes. If proven, a prison sentence would be appropriate.

If an adult by law, her name should be released as a warning to the public in dealing with her.

[–]Lethn -2 points-1 points0 points 10 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

I honestly don't understand why men can't just refuse to sleep with women like this, look, I get it for fucks sake, you've got a woman desperate to hop on your dick and it seems fantastic, however if you look at it all with a rational mind if the woman has an ulterior motive for fucking you then is it worth the trouble?

While the guy certainly avoided a lot of trouble by filming the sex, he could have avoided the stupid woman altogether had he not even done anything. Furthermore if she had chosen to accuse him of sexual assault anyway, he could have legally filmed her from a dashboard cam or something and that would have been all the proof he needed and any judge with sense would have thrown the case out.

Stop thinking with your dicks and start thinking with your brains, these women don't deserve to get laid and have their ego's stroked constantly.

[–]hemsae 2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I bet a lot of men DO refuse to sleep with women like this. It's just that no one knows because it doesn't make the news.

But then there's always that one guy somewhere who goes for it. Just like there's always that one woman somewhere who wants to make a false accusation.

[–]TheRealChrisL-J 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Mostly likely yes they do refuse. However end up being falsely accused as a result of the rejection. Damned if you do damned if you don't.

Once there are more consistent punishments for fictitious and defamatory claims, including removing any monetary recompense for the alleged victim we are likely to see a drop in false claims.

Countries that have substituted cash with counselling of the complainants have seen drops in false claims and a more efficient process of real accounts.

Police and cps are snowed under thanks to this third wave vindictiveness, but they will never admit to it or that someone is lying let alone charge them for it. The excuse that it puts off real victims is as big a lie as the pay gap!!!

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Yep. Besides, saying no is entertaining in itself :p

[–]TheDongerNeedsFood 4 points5 points6 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Few things elicit as entertaining a reaction as turning a woman down for sex.

[–]Canttakethewhyfromme 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

But, many times you don't really know what a girl is like until after. The girl can seem fine, maybe quirky or quiet, then two days later the police are at your door and you are guilty until proven innocent.

[–]TheDude41 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

True. But also, people are free to do what they want that is consensual.

And it's still going to happen, and there is no reason to send anyone to jail.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

This is too close to victim blaming for my tastes.

[–]Lethn 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No, victim blaming would be me saying that it's all the guys fault and the woman was completely innocent and did nothing wrong. This is advice, if you want to avoid thugs you don't go a dark alley or travel alone at night, this is the same deal.

Let's not reduce ourselves to the deranged lunacy of the "Listen and believe" feminists. If you're not allowed to criticise peoples actions then other people can never learn from their mistakes and this was an honest mistake on his part. However these situations can be avoided if you take the right steps like what I've listed, no I'm not saying the guy shouldn't ever have sex with women again, I'm saying there are signs you can spot to find out which women are genuine and which are just out to screw you over.

[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points-1 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Lying about rape is hard wired into female DNA. It is one of the most basic psychological pathologies of femininity.
