Selective service - men only. Genital integrity - girls get protection, boys none. Job discrimination based on sex - women protected, men not really: California's ban on male OB nurses [Link]. Infanticide laws protect women who murder their children. Safe haven laws for abandoning a child apply to only mothers. More health care spending on women and more government subsidies for women. Title IX so far is used for women's advantage; even though men are a minority on most campuses they are treated as the majority, and thus it allows discrimination against males. Only women really are protected by laws allowing for the murder of an abusive spouse. The legal system, from police to judges, has a systemic problem with bias in favor of female perpetrators. While recognized female-on-male rape is minimized and oft not prosecuted -- an actual "rape culture" and one perpetuated by feminists. Prison rape. Prison treatment -- most prisons for women are much different from those for men including allowing children to stay with mothers in prison (like that won't scar a child). Privacy rights for men are often ignored, bypassed, or treated as non-existent. Scholarships for men are considered discriminatory while those for women are not, plus there are way more available for just women. Men are treated as default abusers when accused of a crime, thus are arrested then investigated instead of the other way for women (investigated then arrested). Duluth Model is used in government DV investigations and treats men as default abusers. There is a Presidential council for women, but not one for men. "Diversity" initiatives only work one direction to get women into spaces where men are dominant but never where women are: also, it's often called discriminatory to push for more men in those spaces. "Safe Spaces" in college are only for women and "minority" groups, even though men are quite literally a minority on campus. Women can often put a child up for adoption without a fathers consent even when he wants to keep the child. Adoption agencies often discriminate against single male applicants unlike female ones. Schools removing recess and zero-tolerance policies were put in place and predominantly effect boys.

Men have no reproductive rights. A woman can RAPE a man, keep the child and make her victim pay child support. Even if he was underage when he was raped.

Men do not have the right to Genital integrity, and men have to sign up for the draft to vote. There are more but that's what I know off the top of my head. And I think we should focus on rights, one step at a time.

I think it's damn near impossible to think of a right men have over women. This topic will ultimately be about responsibilities men have women that woman don't. Some of which are mandated by law.

so /u/TBFProgrammer seems to have the one answer that fits... and even that isn't universal... men have the right to go topless in public. women in many places would get arrested or ticketed for indecent exposure (usually with exceptions for breastfeeding).

I can't think of any. I don't think anyone can.

There's large areas of law where women have more rights (eg reproduction and health care, family law, draft). There's also a lot of little laws that would probably be overturned by the US SC if they could be bothered. but nobody can be bothered. Then there's a swathe of feminist laws created to attack men, such as the sexist definition of rape, the anti-male domestic violence laws, sexual harassment law and title IX. Often they are worded as gender neutral but then are officially interpreted as sexist.

There is only one "privilege" that men have and women don't. Even then it's very much a double edged sword.

Men's actions are considered to be more important more significant than the same actions taken by women.

This is a huge privilege when talking about promotions into top level corporate positions. It's a huge liability when talking about criminal courts and accountability.

This sword of Damocles hanging over men's head is the closest to "male privilege" that exists.
