I was hoping you all could help me. While i was at university I was hit by a Title IX report saying i sexual assaulted my ex girlfriend while we were in a relationship.She filed the report in November of 2015. She claimed that i sexual assaulted her 20-30 times during the relationship. This was a relationship in no way did I rape her. This investigation has been going on for over 100 days. I was originally told that this situation would be taken care of by December before Finals started. Its now March and i don't know what to do. Every time I contact them they say something like this "Once again I am pending the transcription of the last interview I completed. I will be in contact with you as soon as I render a findings for this investigation. Unfortunately, at this time I am unable to provide you with a completion date.". This email response was on February 8th. I don't know who to turn to. I'm on edge constantly because I am unaware of the consequences if she some how convinces them that I sexually assaulted her.
