The incident So... they get into an up close argument at the bar,

And SHE holds up her FIST threatening to hit him,

Then he lets her wrists go after she complains and pushes him with her leg,

Fuck that, I can understand striking a woman who is an immediate threat to you but she was just some drunk slag at the bar. Just distance yourself from her. He is still a fucking thug from the shittiest high school in jacksonville thinking he can do anything because hes a QB at FSU. (like being at a bar in the first place) If some drunk bitch raises her hand at you in a bar just laugh, dont grab her to escalate the situation. All the guys who think he had the right to clock this chick answer me one question. If Dwayne Johnson "The Rock" had been standing there and this young man pushed him and when the Rock turns around and says hey quit pushing does this guy continue to push? Probably not. But for sake of argument lets say he does continue to push. The Rock turns around again and says hey buddy if you do it a gain I'm going to punch you and makes a fist. What do you think this young man would do? Would he grab the Rocks hands and restrain him and tell him to calm down little lady? As he did with this young woman. Plan and simple the size of the person you're pushing shouldn't matter. An apology was in order. Not a beat down.

Get real. Watch the video again. He forced his way pushing two women out of the way to get to the bar. Look at the girls hand too the left as he pushed his way in. She grabbed the bar to try to stop him from pushing her out of the way. Simultaneously the women to his right turned around and told him something. We can presume it was "stop pushing and wait your turn" or something to that effect. Further words were exchanged and she balled up her fist. He grabs both her wrists. (he can't grab her wrists) She has yet to throw a punch. She struggles to free herself. He fails to let her go. Her friend steps in and grabs his left arm and tries to push him of her. She pulls her wrists down and free's her left hand and pushes his left shoulder with her left hand in an attempt to free her right hand from his grasp. In doing so she free's herself from his grasp. He punches her in the face. She was never charged and rightly so. He was convicted rightly so. Moral to the story. Wait your turn. Don't push. Don't grab other people. When they attempt to free themselves don't punch them. End of story.

Yeah no, one was on tape and he didn't just slap her, he cold coke the chick and knocked her out, her hit was reported as a push to his head. Granted she shouldn't have done that but he really overreacted.
