Ohh you can smell the pussy pass in front of the judge. using all the tactics in the book to look like a victim. How many men have done similar things with girls that were older and even adults and claimed alcohol being the reason and still got charged and placed on a sex offender list. Hell a guy pissing in public can be labeled has a sex offender for life.

Edit: spelling

I never looked at public urination as such a risky activity. Now I'm going to get such an adrenaline rush every time I do it.

Unfortunately though, by looking at the Youtube comments, people still don't consider male statutory rape to be a very real or important issue.

[–][deleted] 36 points37 points38 points 11 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

It's 14 year olds. I'll admit those comments really bother me.

[–]KingNick 40 points41 points42 points 11 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Yeah the comments really, really make me angry. I just replied to 3 and I have to stop reading them.

I was one year older than you when a group of 24-28 year olds decided to drug me and have one of the girls in the group rape me while I was unconscious. Because of people like the ones in these comments, I had to keep all of that trauma inside and the entire situation a secret for years. I wasn't allowed in rape shelters because I was a male, so I couldn't even get anything off my chest secretly, with a group of people that are going through the same thing!

The people that think like those that make the comments there are true monsters, because their negligence and idiotic mindset creates a social double-standard when it comes to rape...and a lot of people suffer for it.

[–]ChromeGhost 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No one in their right mind would condone drugging someone without their consent and taking advantage of them. Wish there was someone that who could have prevented that.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You are describing actual rape. Statutory rape is anything but. I was 'taken advantage of' by an older and not very attractive woman. No mental trauma because I did it out of curiosity not drugs and force.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm sorry that happened to you. Internet hugs for you.

[+]beerleader -13 points-12 points-11 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I think male rape is not as serious as female rape, because of things like violence and pregnancy, BUT it's ridiculous you aren't getting the recognition from RAPE CENTERS that you were raped. At it's basis, losing control and being forced upon against your will is traumatic. You may contract STDs against your will. An anal sex.

[–]KingNick 6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Then you're a bigot and an asshole.

I was petrified of STDs, of her being pregnant and coming back into my life, of ever seeing her or her friends again, and basically everything that anyone else wold worry about regardless of gender. The STD thing was huge because I DID get Urethritis, which is a temporary, super painful thing because apparently my rapist was as dirty physically as she was personally.

I have no idea why you say violence isn't something I had to worry about, or pregnancy. I was SO scared of pregnancy, and then I'd read online and see all these cases where male rape victims had to pay child support and have their rapist be a part of their life. I had the same amount of fear and trauma that anyone else would go through, even though it may vary it different areas between sexes.

But to say one is more serious than another is a very fucked up and monstrous thing to say.

[+]beerleader -6 points-5 points-4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I guess it's not something to say to a rape victim but i was sympathizing with you so no need to be rude.

[–]KingNick 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Wha-?! I don't understand how starting off your comment with "I don't think you being raped is as bad as a girl being raped, BUT-..." isn't really sympathetic. I agree that it sucks Men aren't allowed in those places for help, and anal sex would have sucked if it wasn't a woman that had done it to me...but you really shouldn't belittle/trivialize the trauma people have been through....especially to them.

[–]enticingasthatmaybe 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I think male rape is not as serious as female rape

Then you are a bigot

[–]I_HaveAHat 55 points56 points57 points 11 years ago (20 children) | Copy Link

To be fair, I dont think statutory rape to be an important issue at all. I dont believe that 15 year olds are gullible idiots that can be coerced into doing disgusting dirty sexual acts which they dont understand, regardless of their gender

[–]LanceAlbion 36 points37 points38 points 11 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

In my opinion it's less of doing sexual acts that they don't understand, but that they may not be ready. At 15 I still had no idea who I really was or what I wanted in my life. Some people may enjoy it but there's still the question of how this encounter would affect the later life and view of authority of a still developing mind.

[–]DaV1nc1 14 points15 points16 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Correct and that's why the blame is always put on the party that is 18 or older.

[–]OkToBeTakei 11 points12 points13 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I'm really on the fence about this. Shouldn't this in some way be assessed before sentencing? I don't disagree that this was wrong, but shouldn't the severity of the punishment befit the severity of the crime? And, furthermore, shouldn't each, individual violation be treated as such?

[–]AstralProject 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I don't think it's possible to fully assess the damage the actions explained in the video may cause the children, especially before this woman's sentencing. It may take years for the effects to be understood, if ever.

[–]OkToBeTakei 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That's what civil suits are for. Those kids will have the opportunity, for quite a many years afterwards, to bring the a suit to bear against her regarding any emotional/psychological damages.

Her criminal trial is a punitive affair.

A 15 yo can't be charged with statutory rape. A 15 yo can of course be charged with rape, but only if it's a "real" rape, unlike statutory which can involve consensual sex and ruin lives for nothing.

In some common law jurisdictions, statutory rape is sexual activity in which at least one person is below the age required to legally consent to the behavior.

[–]I_HaveAHat 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I agree, some people are not ready for sex, at that age. But if they're not ready, then they probably just won't have sex. And if they are ready then they can decide for themselves to have sex or not.

[–]OccultRationalist 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Ready or not ready for sex is not something that assures you're immune to peer pressure and the like.

[–]I_HaveAHat 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Everyone e is always under peer pressure. Learning how to say no is just a part if growing up. I'd rather let them make their own decisions rather than try to control and limit their sexual experiences

[–]OccultRationalist 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm not for controlling or limiting sexual experiences in an absolute way, just saying that it's healthier, more comfortable, and probably more safe with someone of your own age group.

[–]I_HaveAHat 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Me too, but I ultimately believe its their decision (plus another consenting adult)

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So you americans are some stupid fuckers.

[–]Hazzman 18 points19 points20 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I can tell you right now at 15 I knew what was going down, and would have been more than happy to oblige.

I am absolutely no condoning her actions. As an adult she should certainly know better and I believe the age of consent is important... but I just can't honestly say that at 15 I would have had a whale of a time nailing a hot blonde yoga teacher. Nor would I have considered it particularly traumatising.

I mean, damn... my friends and I would still be talking about that decades later "Dude, remember the time that Yoga teacher got blasted at your Bar Mitzpha and let us touch her tits and fuck her? Yeah man that was the best!"

[–]AstralProject 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I don't think that blonde was hot at all, I've never liked older women, and I hate plastic surgery. That being said at 15 I would have joined in without a doubt, you take what you can get at that age.

[–]SwissCakeRolls 6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yea, let's ignore that there was at least one 11 year old.

[–]GetOutOfBox 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I actually semi-agree to the extent that I would not call every case abuse automatically. But it's difficult to clearly define the line of abuse, and so we have to pick it and stick with it. Many 15 year olds may not be able to be coerced into sex without fully knowing the emotional impact they'll have, but some might not be capable of making that choice (i.e they may not be prepared and may be distressed afterwards). This gets even likelier the younger you get, that having sex, particularly with an adult, could have an adverse impact on their development. Some may even think they loved it, but nevertheless were negatively affected. Sex is something that should occur organically in a young person's life, and with someone at a similar stage of development.

So while I don't think some 15 year old boys will have been destroyed because they had sex with a yoga teacher, it could steer them in the wrong direction and so we should not consider that kind of behavior between an adult and an underaged person to be acceptable.

In a normal scenario, if a man and a woman were drunk and they had sex, the man would still be responsible for rape in case she decides to cry.

Here we can see multiple, sober boys who are underage and a drunk woman who says she should be pardoned because she was drunk.

Can't you see the double standard?

[–]KingNick 10 points11 points12 points 11 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

How about the part where she thinks she should be let free?? That's the kind of arrogant assumption that a woman like this would put on the situation because she doesn't think she did anything wrong...and why? Because society dictates that she did nothing wrong. It's only really starting up these past few years that women are actually shown in the media when they do shit like this and then being punished for it!

Just the fact alone that she thinks she deserves to go free and tells this to the judge is her pulling the ol' Pussy Pass.

Negatory, my cheated-on-one-too-many-times friend. Just that fact alone is not a pussy pass. "I deserve to go free because I'm a woman" is pulling the pussy pass. "I deserve to go free because I was too drunk to remember doing it anyways" is pulling the drunken idiot pass. Surely, when you're done poking holes in your barbie doll, you'll come 'round and see the difference.

[–]KingNick 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

Wow...you are projecting quite a bit there.

But obviously you're right. Must be why the subscribers to the PPD sub are agreeing with you and disagreeing with me, clearly.

are a good indication of what is PPD?

[+][deleted] -14 points-13 points-12 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

[–]faded_jester 10 points11 points12 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

and then promptly be told that getting black out drunk is also your fault and not in any way an excuse for behavior

[–]KingNick 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

No, this is a good PPD here.

She full-on tells the judge that she should be let go. Why does that matter? Because it means she doesn't think she did anything wrong; and the reason she thinks that is because society has been giving out the ol' Pussy Pass to women about shit like this forever. Hell, it's only in the past couple years that we see women being put in the media for these crimes and then actually being punished for it!

But no, she doesn't think she did anything wrong. She knows that she gathered a group of children in a back room, locked the door, let them feel her up and then suck one of them off...yet she thinks she should walk away scott-free. It's not even a denial thing because there's a fucking video of it!!

That's why I think this is a clear PPD

[–]jack_is_nice -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

She full-on tells the judge that she should be let go

That's a fact. We have that clearly laid out for us to view. But here

Because it means she doesn't think she did anything wrong; and the reason she thinks that is because society has been giving out the ol' Pussy Pass to women about shit like this forever

is where you transition from fact to speculation. You're speculating on her thoughts and motivations. The subreddit rules don't say post PPD if you think you know what a woman is thinking as she excuses herself from something. They say this:

ONLY POST IF A WOMAN ATTEMPTS TO USE HER GENDER TO GAIN ADVANTAGE/AVOID REPERCUSSION, AND IS DENIED THAT ADVANTAGE.

Did she mention her gender?

[–]KingNick 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

How am I speculating? If a person believes that they should just be let go, then they believe that they've done nothing wrong...and when the crime she's being tried for is something like this, then there must be a reason why she believes she did nothing wrong.

[–]jack_is_nice -3 points-2 points-1 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

didn't she say she believed she should be let go because she was "too drunk to remember"? It's in the post title, champ. You're doing your best to disregard her actual reasons and project your own silly vagina-fearing ones.

[–][deleted] 17 points18 points19 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Best bar mitzvah eva!

But in all seriousness, long lasting mental health issues associated with sexual abuse for underage girls is the same as for underage boys, even if their opinion on the events differ. I think women who sexually abuse someone underage should be held to the same standards that a man would be if it was a young girl instead. The same damaging effects occur regardless of genders.

Which is supported. He didn't show that most didn't have long term problems, only supported that not everyone who was sexually abused grew up to have long term problems associated with it. So that link also does not prove a point against mine.

And the third is a 21yr old research paper that is a review on "current" research on the topic. It only goes over the research at the time and compares them with each other and also mentions issues with the numbers and methodology (this is pretty much how all of these papers go).

That one also wasn't really supporting any argument.

I don't know where you are getting this "consensual" thing. Sexual consent (legal definition) does not exist for minors.

[–][deleted] -2 points-1 points0 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Sexual consent (legal definition) does not exist for minors.

Still, children can express when they get pleasure or pain joy or fear from any activity. They can vocalize when they want to continue doing something or avoid it.

Laws change all the time. Just a few years ago gay marriage wasn't legal. A few decades before that, interracial marriage was illegal too. 13 is the AoC in spain, and a couple of year ago it was 14 in canada (until moralists decided to put a stop to everyone's fun).

Anyway, peace be upon you sister.

I still don't think that a minor is capable of consenting to sex with an adult.

They don't really understand what is happening and may agree out of feeling pressured or just because of curiosity.

Not all underage kids fall into the same level of understanding.

Of course older teens are going to be more aware of the implications, but they still may not understand what is really going on. I think our culture also fosters a belief that if you are a male and sex is offered - if you turn it down it's because you can't perform sexually, are scared, or possibly a homosexual.

It's this very negative attitude that make us think it's ok when a young boy has sex with an older woman. Because he likes it, and boys should always take up offers for sex. But for a young girl, it's wrong if an older man "tricks" her into sex.

What is ironic about that is that females emotionally mature a bit faster than males, so if anything, women are able to give consent at an earlier age than men. But our culture holds the opposite to be true.

First I planed to give some shitty comment like "Well its a bar mitzvah you supposed to become a man anyway"

But there were 11yo involved, even when I at the same age would be allover the bobbies, its still fucked up.

13-14 is the grey area where one could argue, everything else is a no go.

She deserves her pussypass denied hard, but going overboard and locking her up for 2 decades like many stats like to do is too much.

Exactly! This isn't some woman making some 15 year olds fantasies come true, it's a fucking predator molesting children.

11 years old! This woman shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the fucking street, for a long time.

Only 2 decades? If the genres were reserved, death penalty or lifetime jail without parole in a wink, I assure you.

That's what I'm saying. It's a pussy pass accepted. Not denied.

Imagine a man doing this.

Hey kids, I have a large package I want to show you. This is how a real man looks like. How do you like it?
Let me make you feel good.

Imagine a man doing this to your daughter. Imagine if this were your kid. Would you still be making jokes? And even if you were, do you think others would?

[–]Hazzman 8 points9 points10 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

No, I wouldn't because I can only make the joke based on exactly how I would have handled the situation and it would have involved a lot of high fives and smiles.

"My daughter got fingered and came her first time at 13! High five guys! ... guys?"

[–]Hazzman 9 points10 points11 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

First of all you are presenting that statement as if a father were telling it. I would be concerned for any parent were making flippant remarks about their kids sexual encounters.

Secondly, I just said I can only make the joke based on exactly how I would have handled the situation, as a 15 year old boy.

Not as a 15 year old girl, not as the parent of a 15 year old, not as any one else but myself.

At that age, myself... I would have nailed that teacher and would not have been traumatized by it. I am speaking purely for myself.

Is that clear enough? I don't condone the teachers actions and I am speaking purely from my perspective.

OK? Purely from MY perspective.

Is that clear?

Elaine was not into 13 year old boys, and one kissed her.

This lady WAS into 13 year old boys.

Both were at the kids parties.

21 felony counts?! Even if all true, is this really a crime mores serious than say, hit and run, armed robbery or attempted murder?

Drunk milf flashes her fake boobs and blows a 15 yr old. How did they get 21 felonies out of that? Three counts per kid? What about a women doing that at a concert? Would that be 1000 felonies? I think they might have overcharged this just a little bit.

Age has nothing to do with sex? So you're saying have sex with children is okay?

[–][deleted] -5 points-4 points-3 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

As a 15 y old you are aware of your actions and you know what sex is

[–]OneSoggyBiscuitDA REAL LIMP BIZKIT 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I'd say it's appropriate if a fifteen year old was with someone around there age, not a woman who is nineteen years older than him.

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

So he suddenly doesnt know anymore what sex is or what?

No.

Under the law, you can't at the age of fifteen have sex with an adult. It's so simple.

Community service to be performed at a boys bar mitzvah every weekend.

[+]Smells0fChipotle -7 points-6 points-5 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Now this is a question that I truly don't know the answer to but if she was drunk then, technically, didn't those boys also rape her? The statutory rape line is pretty clear but the intoxication one I don't really understand.

[–]darkshine05 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No, this can be said for men sometimes too. An underage victim can never be the criminal. Our laws are set up to not charge the youth in this situation.

The victim can't also be the accused. Here, the kids were the victim. The adult initiated intimate contact with the children. Not the children forced them selves on the woman.

They are underage so she statutorily raped them. I guess there's a possibility that no one wants to press charges or say it didn't happen. But it doesn't look like that will happen.
