Mary P. Koss thinks that it is "inappropriate" to consider men who have been raped by women as rape victims, because "their penetration experience is not similar to what women are reporting". She calls it "unwanted contact".

This is how Mary P. Koss, one of the most prominent feminist researchers in the field of sexual violence in the United States, feels about male rape victims.

If you ever see a feminist talk about how "the patriarchy teaches men not to cry or talk about their feelings", show them this.

The actual rape culture, don't expect feminists to say a thing about it.

That's because its feminist rape culture.

This week the mainstream left-wing paper Aftonbladet published a sympathetic interview with the father of the 14 year old migrant killer who accused the dead boy of not defending the teenage girl, but instead being guilty of bullying his migrant classmate. In a remarkable admission of the alien culture the accused came from, the father of the “Arab student” told the paper the school had done nothing in the wake of the altercation in December:

“The school did nothing to help him and establish his honour. Instead, my son had to meet this 15 year old every day. It made him very upset”.

Aftonbladet did not question whether hurt honour was a sufficient reason for killing a classmate, nor did it report on the teenage girl Arminas is said to have lost his life over or the Syrian origin of the suspected killer.

Jonathan Haidt has been talking recently about the collisions of three cultures:

  • The honor culture of Arab goatherds - identify with your tribe; present a facade of strength; take no shit; be ready to resort to violence.

  • The dignity culture of most respectable Westerners until 1965 - identify with broad national or international ideals; present a facade of politeness; rise above/give the benefit of the doubt to perceived personal slights; as a last resort, appeal to the proper authorities.

  • 21st century victimhood culture - identify with your victimhood group; present a facade of weakness; interpret everything as a personal slight; demand redress from the authorities.

One of the interesting things that came up in the discussion was that honor culture and victimhood culture have a very strange co-enabling dynamic, which we're seeing something of in the Aftonbladet article. Aha! say the victimhood crowd looking at the honor crowd, here's somebody else with a hairtrigger sense of being hard-done-by. Aha! say the honor crowd looking at the victimhood crowd, this is how you hurt your rival tribe in the West, you get them accused of racism and bring the power of the state down on their heads.

Western feminists have cultivated a culture of victimhood in the West, where you gain political power through your status in the victim hierarchy. In many ways, this is what Political Correctness is all about. They have also demanded, and largely got, a re-writing of the history books to address an alleged historic bias; their world view has entered the school curriculum, gained a virtual hegemony in the media and managed to portray their critics as “bigots.” They have even succeeded in changing the very language we use, to make it less offensive. Radical feminists are the vanguard of PC.

When Muslims, who above all else like to present themselves as victims, enter Western nations, they find that much of their work has already been done for them. They can use a pre-established tradition of claiming to be victims, demanding state intervention and maybe quotas to address this, as well as a complete re-writing of history and public campaigns against bigotry and hate speech. Western feminists have thus paved the way for the forces that will dismantle Western feminism, and end up in bed, sometimes quite literally, with the people who want to enslave them.

One awkward thing about how they like to re-interpret history is how they often mitigate the crimes of other ethnicity's and cultures in their search for white man guilt. For instance everyone hears about how bad African slavery was in North America, but if you look at the map and consider how few Africans actually went to North America compared to the population that exists there now you have to wonder where for instance are the Arabian black people?

http://www.un.org/en/events/africandescentdecade/assets/img/slave_trade_map_large.jpg

Look at the size of the lines on this map.

Now consider the demographics of Saudi Arabia given that they only have a population of 28 million with roughly 2.8 million afro-asian people.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_Saudi_Arabia#Ethnic_groups

Where are the missing Africans? There are 41 million 'African Americans'. Without the long boat ride to Arabia the attrition of these slaves must have been utterly horrendous in that country.

P.S. I absolutely loathe slavery in all forms. Just to make that clear.

[–]Beareh 2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Saudi Arabia has millions of African slaves, specifically ones from Ethiopia, Eritrea and Somalia.

[–]questionnmark 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Wikipedia is so very 'silent' on this issue.

[–]Beareh 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Exactly, and the media as well. My parents lost contact to many of their friends who went to Saudi Arabia.

[–]questionnmark 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm sorry to hear about that. Islam is a brutal ideology.

[–]Lurker_IV 5 points6 points7 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Have you seen this video by Sargon of Akkad, The British Crusade Against Slavery ?

It makes an excellent history brief about slavery going back thousands of years. Makes it very clear that slavery wasn't just a white man's crime.

[–]Antrophis 2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Slavery was a global thing. Pretty common sense for a expansionist society who believed themselves superior. The conquering group took everything they see with value and relatively free labor has very clear value.

In an angry interview with his native Lithuanian press, Arminas' father said he hadn't even been approached for interviews by the Swedish press after the death of his son, while the same Swedish media rushed to interview the father of the killer.

Arminas' father has said the reports in the Swedish press about his son being a bully are bare-faced lies.

He told the Lyrtas: "He was hard-working, cheerful and had a lot of Swedish friends. All loved him The Swedish press writes that Arminas assaulted the student, but that is not the case. our son saw that boy take the girl. He stopped him and they got into a fight".

Men need to stop risking their lives for females.

[–]j_hodder 13 points14 points15 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That's not the lesson to get from this. The boy did a good thing, defending someone being victimized. To say he shouldn't risk his life for a female is like saying it's his own fault that he was killed when the fault rests with the killer who acted horrendously.

[–]Bonesteel50 9 points10 points11 points 10 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Come on man. would you really let somebody, a woman OR a man get attacked like that?

[–]Kirril -1 points0 points1 point 10 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

I would let a woman be attacked yes except under very limited circumstances such as being my partner or immediate relative such as mother.

I would stand up for any male unless of course I knew him to be a feminist male or otherwise didn't like him.

[–]LilyBentley 6 points7 points8 points 10 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Only men deserve not to be raped? Not cool man.

[–]Kirril 6 points7 points8 points 10 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Who said anything about deserve?

I like every other person have the RIGHT to choose to risk or not risk my life defending others.

Me choosing not to risk my life in defending women doesn't mean I'm saying women deserve to be raped, unless you are saying women have a right to my life to risk my life in their defense.

Fuck chivalry. I will never defend a woman from anyone. I couldn't care if she was being raped by a midget. I still wouldn't pull the midget off her. Women think they are equal, then let them be equal without the protection of men and see how long they last.

The only woman I would protect would be a female who is my partner, on terms acceptable to me.

[–]LilyBentley 3 points4 points5 points 10 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I would stand up for any male unless of course I knew him to be a feminist male or otherwise didn't like him.

Emphasis added. Only males (with a small caveat) and your current mate are in your 'save' program. That reads a lot like deserve/not deserve to be saved based primarily upon the having of a dick. You know, like feminists argue they should have things for having as vagina.

[–]Kirril 6 points7 points8 points 10 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

That's my right. Its my life I risk therefore its my right to choose who I would risk my life for.

Im not saying something like if I was in charge Id have the police not save women. I am saying I personally with my own body and life have a right to choose who and for what I risk it.

Notice I said I wouldn't risk my life for males I didn't like for whatever reason? Just because I didn't like a male and so wouldn't risk myself saving him doesn't mean I believe he deserves to be raped. Its not like I will rape him or cause him to be raped. Its just that if I don't like him I wont risk myself to save him.

I personally believe my life is worth more than a female being raped or not.

If a man isn't sexually attracted to white females and so will not have sex with them, but is sexually attracted to black females and so will have sex with them, does that mean he is racist against white females?

No it doesn't. It is his body his choice. You cannot call someone racist for who they choose to give their body to. I choose not to give my body to women. That doesn't make me sexist.

[–]thatlowdowndirty47 7 points8 points9 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I commend you for sticking to you guns even in the face of obvious shaming

[–]LilyBentley 1 point2 points3 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I will not judge them racist for having preferences, but it still seems sexist to actively only save men and partner.

[–]Kirril 2 points3 points4 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Correct.

[–][deleted] -2 points-1 points0 points 10 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I mean, feel free to help females, just don't do it to be seen as a "nice guy," you will probably get nothing in return.

[–]MGTOW79 0 points1 point2 points 10 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Never
