Sad thing is he isnt exonerated completely. Hes still heavily restricted and subject to drug and alcohol tests, as if he were some hardened criminal.

Under Anderson's bond terms, he will be subject to drug and alcohol tests, he cannot contact the victim.

Who is the victim in this story? The only one I can think of is Zach Anderson who felt a victim of a fraud and a victim or our judicial system with life-changing consequences.
