I actually think him getting the fine that he did was absolutely what should happen.

he was refusing someone services based on their gender. If he had refused her due to her requesting a type of haircut that they did not provide, that is one thing, but solely based on her being a woman and wanting it to be a "guy-space" is not acceptable.

Just last week, most here seemed to agree with me, that the CEO of Chic Women, who turned down 3 men from entering her "Women-in-Tech" event and was subsequently sued, deserved to be sued based on her discriminatory business practices.

Now people don't seem to think this guy deserved getting a fine for running a business practice that refuses to provide service to one gender.

Come on, MensRights, I been impressed with your consistency and critical thinking in the past, but supporting this idiot barbershop owner is very disappointing

He's right about businesses having the right to refuse service and all, but I had to stop it when he brought up the Kentucky lady because that's a government job and she is imposing her religion on her coworkers as well which is unconstitutional.
