I'll try and keep this brief: My Brother married a real Piece of work. She cheated on him and when he found out he asked her to leave the residence. She went to live with her mom. Months go by and he finds out that she's pregnant and telling everyone it's his. He know's its not and sees an attorney who gets the divorce ball rolling. During this time she took out numerous Credit Cards and maxed them out w/o paying. She has the baby, puts my brother on the birth certificate. He has a paternity test done which proves he isn't the father. Fast forward a few years... now not only is his credit ruined because of all of the credit cards, she went on welfare and the state is coming after him for support. This can't be right. Is there anything he can do? I keep telling him to get an attorney but he's just so depressed he can't see through the trees. Any advice I can pass along.
