Court documents state another woman appeared after the bat attack, and the victim reported hearing them talk about using duct tape to bind him … However, he convinced the women that he would not disclose what happened if they would just take him to the hospital … The other woman, 26-year-old Jennifer Beaumont, has been interviewed by police, but is not facing charges at this time.

How is this not attempted murder? She eevn said she knew how much it took to break their neck and said that was her goal. Had a second person there to assist after the fact and she gets nothing. If it was a man he would be in jail

Wait, so they released an attempted murder case on bail before trial? Chances were that he'd been dead on the first strike, let alone another two strikes when he was down unconscious. Just because she took him to a hospital after inflicting a mortal wound does not make her actions any better. Clearly attempted murder if they didn't lower the charge because of her sex.
