A serious men's rights question is: Why, when a woman attacks a man's genitals, is it rarely considered (or charged) as sexual assault? If a man where to cut, bite or attempt to maim a woman's breasts or genitals, it would definitely be classed as a sexual attack, regardless of motive, situation, relationship, etc.

The perception of men perpetrating certain classes of crime at greater rates than women is a tautology if women are not charged with those crimes in similar situations. Sexual assault, rape, pedophilia, domestic violence are all free passes for women, who are either charged with lesser, more vanilla crimes or not charged at all.

we need to make calls and send email and bring this case into the light of media so she is held to the same standard as a male. this is rape and sexual assault and needs to be treated that way. if we fail to help this man then we are no better then she is.
