Well...I am the one divorcing her due to her alcoholism that hurts my kids... she was mad that I am finally f moving on

Edit: I filled a police report shortly after I returned home. She had treated that she was going to do this, but I figured she was all hot air. Luckily she made those threats via texts.... so I have that going for. I am fighting to get custody of my boys, so she may be giving me a better shot at it happening. Thanks for the advice brothers

Unfortunately Texas always leans towards the mother.. my laywer is still fighting for me, but it looks like the most I will get is extended custody, a restraining order and a order that she can't have any alcoholic beverages within 8 hours of having the kids.

Well, divorcing someone is harder than I thought. I am starting to see my four year old already becoming troubled by it. That is is the hardest part. I miss my screens but using a TV will do for now. Lol thanks for the check up.

I filed for divorce because she continued to drive drunk with my children.. when she found out I filed, then she broke my shit.

TL;DR: From what I gathered he has two sons, 4 & 2, is divorcing their mother due to her drinking. Final straw was her drinking and driving with his sons. He filed for divorce, she asked him to stay, when he refused she destroyed his monitors. Seems like he wants full custody.
