Pretty soon if you want to have sex you're going to have to go to these government run buildings where you fill out a consent form and then get a private room where you can have sex only with the female on top so she has control and she has to say "yes" every 2 seconds to prove she's consenting throughout the whole experience. You will also be filmed to make sure it wasn't rape.

In the past, rape was forced sex. There was evidence. Bruises, scars, rape kits. Now consensual sex is rape. A woman sees you driving a nice car and she can say give it to me. If you refuse, she calls the cops and says, "Yes, we had sex, but I did not agree to it. I was going to say no but I froze." Now it is your word against hers. The cops will ask, "Where is the proof that she said yes." Your answer is, "I never touched her." But that does not matter, because it is your word against hers.

So, criminal women are going to have a field day with this law. Con women, women who are in and out of jail. Gang bangers. Basically the criminal element of society will exploit this law to the hilt.

This doesn't even make any sense. It sounds like it's a directive from the government rather than a change in the law. So in effect they're telling law enforcement and prosecutors to be more aggressive, but this will likely just end up backfiring because it will cost a lot of money trying to pursue losing cases. If the burden of proof hasn't changed in the law (and it seems it hasn't) then the prosecutors aren't going to have any more success in court, but they'll spend a lot of time going after accused individuals even when they know they can't win in court. The same is true of law enforcement. They'll just waste time and money harassing people they can't bring charges against.

Stop being so stupid, these are changes to guildlines for investigation, there is no change to the burden of proof interms of convinctions or the laws you are accused of.

all this is, is an amendment to the guidelines of law enforcement on how to conduct an investigation before you build a case, how that case is treated and the criteria of the case remains unchanged
