My wife disenrolled our daughter out of her elementary school here in College Point, Queens and took her with her to her hometown in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is now with another man. She has publicized their relationship by uploading many pictures of them being very affectionate with one another. She has already made it clear by use of written and spoken words that they are in a romantic relationship together, that they intend to move in together, and get married so they can have their own family. I have tried to reconcile with her but she does not want to. She says she doesn not love me anymore, and that she is now in love with her new man. I have come to accept that and have begun to move on. She does not maintain communication with me. She has stated that she wants a divorce but expects me to pay for all of it. She hardly ever allows me to speak to my daughter and she does not let me exercise any parental rights and even sometimes denies me visitation unless it gives her and her new man an opportunity to spend time alone together. I also have saved texts where she admits to having been unfaithful throughout the years of our marriage. She continues to demand that I support her financially as well as our child. What kind of custody can I fight for? If she were to remain the custodial parent what would my situation for child support be? I am a disabled veteran with a 90% disability rating living off my veteran's benefits. I still have to pay rent for the apartment we were living in together and pay the same bills that we shared, except she never contributed financially to the household. Do I have to pay alimony even though she left me for another man? She is saying that I am obligated by law to pay alimony and provide spousal support.
