Why does it even matter? Society doesn't change that fast. A study that's 10 years old is as valid today as it was then unless you can find a newer one that contradicts the old one.

This "that study is old" is a wussout tactic by people who have nothing else to counter with.

It does change, there sure as hell weren't as many people whining about ''hypergamy'' in 2008. Technology does change society in a far faster rate than before.

Whining? Well that shows your bias.

I'm gonna repeat - if you're going to challenge a study based on its age, then post a contradicting newer study. Show the change of which you speak. Otherwise there's no reason to take that challenge seriously.

this is my complaint itself, there's no new study being made abıut a lot of data mde in 2000's.

Why would they make new studies when nothing has changed? Humans will always be humans.

The COVID quarantine had a big influence and change to society (like a lot of places allowing you to work from home, restaurants and shops adapting to delivery, so you can do be a functional member of society without having to go outside your home). One of the more noticeable effects can be seen in children socialisation.

It didn't do much for men's and women's preferences. If it did then post the study that shows it. Otherwise "it's an old study" is an empty comeback.

Basically, show the contradicting study!

Yes. You can actually go to Google scholar and restrict results to time periods.

They absolutely exist, but they constantly shit all over the echo chamber formed in subs like these so they have to removed from context or straight up lied about. Also, presenting better evidence to the contrary of these 'findings' will cause the incel to reject the academic findings because they are no longer convenient to the pity party making the whole endeavour pointless. Reactionary positions are fundamentally anti-science.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
