I’ve been divorced since February 9th 2023. The judge gave her 90 days which ended 5/9th. I cashed her out to keep my house. Originally she stated that she’s leaving the Country elsewhere So she gave me full custody of my daughters. After the divorce was finalized, she decided to rent an apartment and now she has changed her mind and keeps telling me that we should get back but I Do not want to be married again to anyone period. I have made up my mind on it and she knows it. I’ve told her that we r only having a relationship bcs we have two kids together. She still lives in my house but pays for groceries and watches the kids while I’m working, in return Im not asking her for money and I’m fully responsible to pay for everything when it comes to my daughters including healthcare. Unfortunately, I will be loosing their health insurance CHIP due to income level increase. My job doesn’t offer healthcare. Her job does. She doesn’t mind adding them Only if I pay her whatever it costs every week and I will. Should I be concerned about anything? I mean she is doing it for her kids. And I’m paying for it with a check to her every two weeks. I don’t like to depend on her but healthcare is very expensive elsewhere. Could she hurt me legally etc????
