Has anyone had success in getting the court to consider Net vs Gross income? Non-custodial parents get shitted on during tax season given our inability to receive deductions for alimony payments and if you are non-custodial you cannot receive credits like the dependent care credit because they are only given to custodial parents/where children spend most # of the nights.

Does anyone have good arguments against alimony that have worked? Arguments to prove the "need" of their ex-wife is actually not realistic?
