Me and my stbx wife have been married for 4 years, we have 2 kids (1 and 3). We live in Michigan. She's staying at her parents.

I filed for divorce (50/50 child custody) and we're 4 months in.

I make 85k and she's unemployed. However, she used to work before we got married, after we got married (both before and after the birth of our oldest).
