Well, me and her sort of came to an agreement that we will use a mediator to negotiate a deal. While property etc are typically 50/50 the alimony part is going to be tricky. I was lucky sticky with her for 27 years, yeah the other bill gates without the wealth! She never worked but will claim that raised all 3 kids and such. I am in CA, what am I looking towards? Anybody in ca went thru divorce after 20+ years

Is there something I can offer that might stick with mediators and court. Looking for some sage advice here. Oh well a man gotta pay for happiness I suppose
