The court signed the docs into order and it is done. Never again! Things I learned:

If you're not fighting for the house just leave it isn't worth the hell living with her.

Take care of yourself no one else will.

She drags your name through the dirt show everyone she's wrong by your actions.

Do not engage. Let the court/attorney/agreement do the talking.

After the agreement is wrote standby it. Don't be afraid to force a trial. Mine ex folded everytime I threatened to go to trial.

Don't argue over the toaster. Save your energy for what counts.

The hard part. When offering an agreement give a deal that the judge won't argue. Let them know this point. Again don't be afraid to force a trial if you will get a better deal. Make sure they know it.

Watch Terrance Popps Pre-divorce mentality on youtube. Then watch it again. It will save you. I planned for a long time. And executed swiftly and ruthlessly.

I am on the hook for a sizeable amount of child support for the next 10 years but thats it. No alimony. She assumes her debt and the mortgage. I get unlimited visitation including overnights. I can rebuild, she can't/won't. The wall is real and she just hit it at terminal velocity.
