Articles or Evidence for 50/50?

The articles don’t matter. What matters is you specifically being a good dad. More than that even is what the hell she has that would suggest you shouldn’t have 50/50. If it’s just her, like, opinion man, then who the hell died and made her queen of all decision?

What state are you in? I'm in Texas. I'm currently trying to get 50/50. We went to our initial hearing and the judge ordered a custody evaluation or family study. It's a court appointed therapist who comes out to see each person's situation with the kids.

You can easily google that and get some good info from attorney’s websites. Document everything you do with him, time, date, emotional state, etc. you may not ever need the notes but contemporaneous notes can be incredibly valuable for you as a resource going forward. Get to an attorney well versed in mens rights as well. Don’t give up the fight! Every child needs their dad. Best of luck

Articles and studies are not evidence of the kind that is relevant to that question and even if they are, the court is unlikely to admit them. If you want to go that route, you’ll need someone to testify - such as an expert.

What state? In California it's just automatic 50/50 unless there's "credible" allegations of anything. I am under the impression that most states are nearly there on this, so I would just answer "even access to both parents is in the best interest of the child".

And it is absolutely clear that 50/50 is in the best interest of the child, unfortunately I doubt any of these judges have read any of this before taking their decisions...
