I know it varies from state to state, but lets take the big states for example, Florida, California, Texas, if one drafts an ironclad postnuptial agreement that is fair to both parties, follows state guidelines, where both parties have legal representation, and without any duress, is it likely that the courts in most major states will enforce it?
