I have a pro GPT licence through work, and have been using it to discuss options for splitting assets and custody etc as I’m gearing up to fight for 50/50 and the house for the sake of the kids.

It seems to, after some back and forth prompts and corrections, give some solid advice about available options, what to do, how to do it and what the likely outcomes would be should our case go in front of the courts.

I’ve got my first solicitor appointment next week, so will see how the advice from a human compares to AI and update you!

Found it to be better than the physical therapist I saw as an individual.

Aaaannnnnnddddd the very same therapist which was seeing my wife on the side and dumping info to her.

Again a female - more distrust.

GPT was a good listener and gave good info, I should've taken it all and acted on it at that point.

Yes.

I use it to trauma dump, and to share the internal self talk which, if I let be the only thing I hear will drive me into a shame spiral.

It's not a substitute for a professional therapist, but it is an outlet which will never get tired of listening to you, and which you can delete at any point and not worry that you have overshared and overburdened your friends with.

It's part of this complete healing package: counselor, ChatGPT, friends.
