Anyone have an experience they can share regarding a contempt summons? I was served the other day. I can’t pay the ordered amount. I’ve been giving her $2K a month and she does this. I’m hoping a reasonable judge will not rule me in contempt as I can’t pay it. I’m not willfully ignoring payment. But the fact that this fucking judge ordered me an amount I can’t pay (he saw or should’ve looked at what I receive from my paycheck) is making me lose hope of a fair ruling.
