I feel you. It really never ends for some of us. The advice is what you already know- she can be delusional and condescending and wrong and unrelenting in her attempts at evil. But it’s hers, not yours. Lift weights. Eradicate her from your brain. Focus on the moment.

I’m an employer and in my state it’s 100% legal to make one payment a month for each employee that I withhold from… I’ve dealt with a ton of ex wives (not mine, but I will soon have my own) that have bitched me out and I always tell them I pay one check a month and I’m allowed to do that… if I had to pay each guys CS every week, it would take me hours, and there’s no way I’m going to spend a chunk of my work week printing out CS checks, not to mention the postage… talk to your employer because if this is the case in your state, there’s not a thing she can do about it, it’s out of your control… in my state even if it’s withheld weekly, I am only required to send one check a month and it needs to be sent within 5 days of the last payday for the month… if your employer isn’t paying this, then it’s also not your fault but theirs, and they need to get the check out… I’ve had too many ex wives to count calling me bitching about their child support/alimony, what they don’t understand is they’re not the only person I have to pay… It’s a pain in the ass and I hate doing it; but I don’t hold it against anyone… what these wives don’t get is it’s a huge hassle for me, but I do it… they’re lucky I employ their ex or they wouldn’t be getting anything from him (in some cases)

My ex is the same. From day one, my ex has received her CS payment as a garnishment from my paychecks. She wanted full custody to maximize CS, but I won with 50/50 custody. But she twice submitted paperwork for CA and had her income as $0 while she was refusing to work. Judge both times gave her a deeded income of minimum wage 40 hours.

And when the money comes late from the court clearinghouse? It’s somehow my fault.

I can't even enjoy my new wife and my baby girl and my two others because I'm constantly thinking about court .. I don't know how much more of this abuse I can take…

I'd change jobs and make her spend money to continue to garnish your wages.
