Been in the process of divorcing for 2.5yrs now. Ex-wife wanted it. Things were mostly amicable up until my lawyers made the argument that I should be the one to stay in the former matrimonial home as at the time I was our daughter's primary caregiver. This seemed to flip a switch in my ex-wife and ever since then, she and her mum have done their best to keep my daughter away from me and get her to distance herself from me. I ended up buying my own place and moving out and I've finally gotten an interim court-ordered custody plan to see my daughter whilst social services carries out an investigation and prepares a court welfare report but that's a few months away.

In the mean time, my daughter, who is 5 years old, won't acknowledge when I tell her I love her, won't display any affection towards me, tells me not to take any pictures of her, won't accept any toys or gifts I try to give her. Her mum won't let her watch any TV so the other day when I had her over, I let her watch a little while I cooked us dinner (she wanted to watch TV) but after maybe 20min my daughter got really upset and angry and told me she needed to call mommy and tell her that she'd been watching TV and that it was my fault and I made her watch TV. Previously, she was very affectionate towards me. Loved to get gifts and take selfies together, etc.

I know it will take lots of time and patience, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips for how I can undo some of the mind games my ex-wife has been filling my daughter's head with?
