As with many others, ex has been a challenge to deal with (thought her remarrying 90 days after divorce might help, but 3 years later, still a challenge…).

Before contacting lawyer on this, looking for insight—custody agreement in PA, I reside out of state, and kids fly to visit. Per the custody agreement, they are with me this Christmas. 2 are now aged out (18+), one who is at college and other still in HS. HS’er decided to go away with mom for Christmas, so youngest is coming, and oldest wants to come too. The ex’s current husband has said that they will have kid at airport at a time which is too late to make last flight, refusing to move on this (and refusing to acknowledge that oldest is coming down too, taking custodianship of youngest during travel).

While lawyer fees can quickly outweigh my cost of flying up to stay night in hotel with kids before coming back in the morning, I am wondering if all these expenses can be charged back to ex for non-compliance with custody agreement. I hate how difficult she makes it every time the kids come to visit…
