Does anyone have experience on how serious a family court judge will take a couple instances of this without arrests?. No arrests for dui(just dv), but proof through texts and not hammered but around legal limit. Also other proof of habitual drunkenness with wild outbursts. Though there are sober periods of 1-3 months. It always returns.

Just curious just how serious a family court judge sees this and how they might award custody if the other parent doesn’t have anything like this going on.
