Once her light switch is flipped to ‘off’ nothing was ever good and everything was always bad. You are fighting against a delusion she has built in her head. It’s impossible to defeat so don’t play a rigged game. It’s different if there is a person willing to work things out and actually be able to SELF REFLECT on their own wrongdoing. Unfortunately, from what I have gathered on here and in my life in general , that almost never happens. Take care of your kids and yourself. Let her live out her crazy ass delusion, she may regret it one day or not. But you need to get to a point where it doesn’t matter (talking to myself as well). I’m living it now too. You aren’t alone.

You are insane. See a lawyer to know how a divorce will go down. Stop being a doormat. Stop showing your kids you’re a doormat and that this is what marriage looks like.

Start writing out a plan. -List every single asset and debt and keep track of it constantly. Change ur passwords. -you should start squirreling away some cash for emergencies.

My advice what I would do knowing what I know now and what I have been through. - call your family explain what’s going on- she’s cheating -then call her dad and do same thing. - then tell her you want a divorce. (Make sure you are able to record the conversation or video) ask her when does she think she can move out. She has family right. - then tell your family friends over social media getting a divorce wife cheating . Control the narrative.

Be prepared for bullshit abuse claims etc. but that’s why you get out ahead on the narrative. She will be on the defensive. Keeping that way. Be Indifferent to her. Don’t try to talk to her. This is what we are doing. Be the leader.

Your story is like thousands of others. Wife 'not happy' but keeps it to herself. Well, women communicate overtly (men directly), so in her mind, she has 'told' you she is unhappy. Women start testing the market with other men, and when the weak man bites, that is all the evidence they need. The cheat emotionally / physically then create some kind of friction on purpose with the current husband. I noticed mine creating fights over tiny things.

Anyway, it does not matter. Get her to move tf out. If she is cheating, get the divorce done quickly while she is 'blinded by love'. She will likely be more agreeable in your favor as she is picturing her new life without you. You are just starting the mourning process, and it can take years to get through it. My only advice is to get any reconciliation thoughts out of your head. She is done. It is a waste of time and energy. You look extremely weak, especially if she is cheating. Focus on the divorce and treat it as a business transaction. It sucks, but in a few years you will be stronger. Good luck.

You’re going to need some help. I can tell by what you’ve written that you need a lot of work to process the end of this marriage and find a way to move on.

Reach out to family, friends and a therapist. Your reactions to the utter hatred and disrespect you are being shown from your wife is all out of whack. I suspect you are so used to it that you’re numb and just looking for comfort and a return to normalcy. But that’s not what is going to happen, and it’s not what should happen.

Change is hard, but you need to start making some hard decisions. Talk and open up to some trusted people and get their perspective on this. I think you are going to find many people telling you you should have gotten out a long time ago.
