I'm in Miami and I've been married for 15 years. We have a 12 yo and have a house and cars. These are after our marriage. Also, I have an apartment that I rent and purchase before marriage. She works and AFAIK she's not with the AP. I've spent about 2 years fighting for my marriage and I paid a few therapists we even went to a weekend retreat. The marriage is over since she's still in love with the AP, so I filed in March but I feel like my attorney is not helping me. I'm leaving in the same house and sleeping in a different room. I don't know what to expect or what should I do.
