Folks,

I have a question here. We already filed and it is uncontested divorce in TX.

She had an affair couple years ago which cost me some money on Private Investigator and Attorney.

As far as I understood I can return this as reimbursement claim of infidelity cost.

I also have a proof of her using car that is under my name and paid of by me for riding with her AP.

Can I do a reimbursement claim for the car as well at its current market value?

Or what are the options here.
