You can never say for sure, but not likely. Based on your post history she has crossed a lot of red lines with the court and lost once already. I wouldn’t assume you will lose in 14 days. I’m sure the emotional pressure and fear builds leaving you thinking about cutting a deal prior to court. Honestly if you lose in court you lose, but your outcome won’t be much worse than if you settled. Just try to stay strong and hold out for 14 days to take it to the judge. You deserve a lot of credit for enduring this process. Take care of yourself over the next two weeks as the fear of loss is hard. You sound like a good Dad and they have violated a bunch of court orders. Hold the line and use the board for support.

Do you not have a pre-written parenting agreement? What’s going on there? You should know exactly what your written agreements are before you walk into court.
