Our divorce was recently finalized. I can’t complain much - I’m in massive debt but I kept 50% custody of the kids and my home.

I sent her a text after we received the notification we are officially divorced; I thought it would be best not to share that info with the kids until after our daughter’s upcoming birthday party. She agreed, and then immediately pivoted to asking when I will pay her for her portion of the house. We hadn’t even officially been divorced for 3 hours and she’s already demanding the money.

This really irritated me. Just wanted to rant.
