Wow exactly the same here….had possessions moved out for mo the yet I kept returning with a bag or two of clothing etc etc. try and stay away from your phone. Try and look only ahead and not back. It’s shitloads easier said than done. Idle time is a killer. Read, run , workout, scroll this thread. Whatever your flavour is.

It’s ok to feel like shit. I do too. But remember you moved your stuff out for a reason. Cause u didn’t feel it was safe with her (that’s the conclusion I have come too for myself)

The way not to get into second guessing is not to make rash decisions after a fight.

Funny as it may sound, divorce is a huge commitment. Same as you shouldn't propose after one good night, you shouldn't move out over a weekend just because of a fight on Thursday. Calm down, talk to a lawyer, think it through.

Separating is not a straight path. There have been times where I feel like we might be close to reconciling, others where it seems like we might as well file right now. Sometimes you’re going to have all of the good at the top of your mind and want to do what you can to save it, others it will seem like it’s best for everyone to call it. Let yourself feel both, take note of what each makes you feel with the positives and negatives of each, and take it day by day. Even if its needed, the whole process undeniably just sucks

Man I moved out this weekend as well and plan to file this week. I understand how you feel and I have a small baby I left with her as well and miss him dearly. Man she was attacking me verbally daily, calling me every name and saying I’m a bad father to people just for laughs. Trying to keep focused and not forget all the reasons I left.
