Basically, he and the wifey are not happy together. They have two younger boys. He asked me how he can find an apartment close by to where they live… I didn’t say anything at the time, but I feel like there is this piece of paper that should be signed saying that they will get 50/50 of the kids before he nopes the fuck out of where they live.

He wants to not get a lawyer because money is tight, but I think he should get one and then have a lawyer divorce both of them… is this possible?

He is in Massachusetts.
