Two things: 1) Yes, most likely. Women do not jump ship without a soft place to land. She has been thinking about divorce for months to years prior. 2) It no longer matters. Unless you are in a state where adultery waves support or the waiting period, none of it matters anymore.

It sucks, but give her the divorce she wants, then work on making your best life. Sorry for the drama...
