This has been a progression that many men online and in person seem to share.

We had agreed to do things amicably after she filed for divorce on me after 10 year (4 kids).

She is on her second highly aggressive attorney.

She initially wanted 6 figures per year in support, that’s gotten widdled down.

Went through the attacks in court and she went full on evil with trying to turn my kids against me for months.

Now we are able to spend time with kids together but she still has an attorney. He won’t answer her calls. He doesn’t respond to emails. The dirt bag still files motions ‘on her behalf’ which means I’m obliged to respond. Last month this alone cost 4k. Eventually he’ll probably take this back to court so he can get paid. Last time the judge ordered me to pay this weasel 12k to continue ‘representing’ my ex.

She won’t fire him. She won’t talk about signing papers but she wants the money I’m spending on attorneys.

I’m starting to think this is just her keeping me on the hook for her sick self assurance. I’ve had a few nice younger ladies that could have gone differently had I either lied or been already actually divorced.
