Is it typical for the pretrial order to have the wish list of what they want?

I mean, it includes the idea of me keeping her on my insurance, even though she has her own career.

Also, it mentions the dividing up of the assets and whether or not we can agree to the value of the house and her attorney mentioned somebody that would appraise it .

But I’m not sure I would trust a person that her attorney chooses to appraise it.

I’m going to ask my attorney if he knows the person mentioned.
