I still hate the fact that she decided to leave and blow up our family.

I went through a lot of grief.

But…..a year after being separated…..

  1. I’m 115 lbs lighter,
  2. have a better relationship with God
  3. have a better relationship with pretty much everyone else in my family
  4. Am a much better father.
  5. Am starting a ministry at my local church geared towards helping other men.

God hates divorce. I am certain he did not approve of her decision to leave.

But I’m also convinced he allowed it to happen, in part, to get a hold of me and bring me back to him.

Not everything is as it seems at first.

Don’t lose hope.

Don’t give up.

You have a purpose.

God has a plan.
