Not only do I believe that she has to pay fees for that service, but apparently the state caps garnishment above a certain percentage of takehome.

So since the cunt couldn't wait a week once, she's proceeded to short herself $1X00/month. That amount will perhaps accrue in arrears, but that's an argument for another day and my lawyer advises that she can't pursue it independently while she has the state collecting. lol. GGG
