Curious to know if anyone has any helpful information / advice on this? My ex-wife has tentatively agreed to a date of termination for spousal support in 3 years but wants to maintain the right to a Richmond Order. She has not held back in the past in trying to squeeze me for every thin dime so I don’t see why this would be any different. Unless, the courts handle Richmond Orders with a lot more scrutiny toward women than they do divorce? Any thoughts or experiences greatly appreciated brothers.
