Did settlement facilitation today regarding implementation of a parenting plan that my ex "suspended" about 5mo ago. It's technically my lawsuit and I have motions to enforce, modify and contempt going. I am pro se, she was pro se but hired an attorney about a month ago.

In addition to feeling as though the facilitator was openly hostile towards me, cursing, implying I was a deadbeat, etc (I swear she literally said it was her goal to have me leave with no custody of my child and max CS using made up numbers... and that kids should be in daycare instead of with their parent), they cut settlement facilitation 3hr short without even considering any of my counters to their first offer, which imo were reasonable - basically implement the parenting plan and give me 5050 custody in a couple of months (instead of 35%).

I received emails reiterating their unmodified offer several hours later with a 10 day offer to accept but I already declined them. I countered with a reiteration of my counters and gave a short window (couple of days) before it worsens further. She intends to travel this weekend out of state with my daughter, and I informed them that she will get another contempt motion if she does since litigation is ongoing and the TDO applies. Facilitator called me a stubborn asshole for refusing to allow her to take our daughter to a family reunion - "why should I? She had 5 months to deal with litigation and she hasnt".

While I still think I have the upper hand, does anyone have any insights regarding settlement facilitation? Is all this just bluffing? We have another hearing in 3 weeks for enforcement of the PP; they would have done that 3wk ago but they wanted to try settlement first.
