I (M35) was officially divorced on December 8, 2021, but she (F34) kicked me out on October 28, 2019. It's been a few years now, and I'm still having trouble getting over things.

I lost my home, my family, my young son, and my mental and physical health. I ended up suicidal and in a psych ward for five days after the separation. Since then I've struggled to keep myself above water, metaphorically. I've even developed health conditions as a result of stress and anxiety.

I see my son twice a week, paying almost $400 a month in child support, for an hour or so at a time. Supervised visitation only with no real hope of changing. I live in a studio apartment and drive a shitty car.

She on the other hand has two degrees, a good job, my son 99% of the time, deep savings, retirement, the works. She met a new guy who makes a lot more than me and owns his own house, and after knowing him for a year or so is planning on re-marrying and moving an hour away with my son, disrupting visitation again.

I don't know what to do. I still can't cope, even now. I get so lonely and so anxious she's going to fuck me over again somehow using my son because she holds all the cards. What do I do? How do I deal?

TL;DR: Divorced for a couple years now, still lonely and having trouble coping, anxious about my young son, her life is going great while mine is in the shitter. Any advice? What do I do? I need help.
