So far I’ve been paying hourly for my lawyer’s advice with discovery and minor issues. Lawyer has given me a gameplan to use during the temporary support hearing. 19yrs married, stbx doesn’t work but capable, 18yo kid in high school still. Apparently the session is run via telephone by low-level clerks. Lawyer thinks I can do it but will be there if I request.

Money is tight, but I can swing it. I guess I’m just looking for confirmatiob bias here. I’d love to hear from anyone with temp. support hearing experience, too.
