That’s bullshit quote. Women tend to stay in marriage that are shit to protect their children. Married Men with children typically benefit more from marriage than the wife does. This is a misogynistic quote, and why is it in quotations and not cited? Does that seem to make it sound/look more official? Nah, do some research (use reputable sources) men stay in shit relationships because they don’t want to make a change or make effort.

Yeah, my son had issues and my wife supported him over everything else. He turned out well. But we will never know if he would have turned out the same if he had gotten a "kick in the pants" the way I wanted to do it.

But then, all her energy went into him instead of us. So I guess, evolutionally, it worked. Even though it contributed to the dissolution of our marriage.

I really like this quote. But for those who thinks to divorce their wife(including me)and haven’t find the gut to do it: sometimes you have to take a decision that will break your heart, but will save your soul!
