Man, this is getting aggravating. We went through two rounds of mediation. Ex-wife insisted on doing this in two separate rooms making the mediator go between the rooms. Day, one ended up without a settlement. She presented some crazy options and the mediator even said don’t take that go home.

Second session, she ambushed me with a lawyer. We were both using lawyers in consultation, but we’re supposed to be remaining unrepresented. I was ready for it regardless and had three decent options prepared and after about two hours, they said they accepted one of them, and then her lawyer was going to write up the alimony and decree forms.

Then they both come in with brand new terms and none of the terms we agreed to. So I submitted a list of required changes after reviewing it with my attorney. Just heard back from her lawyer saying they’re rejecting them. I should’ve just skipped this and hired a lawyer represented to begin with because we’re gonna end up there anyway.
