It’s been a rough few weeks since I filed. She was denied a DVRO and I feel she’s about to file something new that’s similar to get me out of the house. All of it BS but she has the brass knuckle billboard lawyers so they’ll do anything.

I have plenty of videos of her hitting me, swearing in front of the kids and physically threatening her father.

Should I go on the offensive and file and RO against her or just fight her claims and wait for the custody hearing in two months. I know to ask the attorney but wanted to hear others takes. Thank you!
