That means she is sick and you should block her. That also means you will hear from her the moment you start moving on. If you find a new girlfriend she will get furious because "how dare you move on?"

I disagree with blocking. I have kids and if the ex wants to see what she’s missing out on fine. Also blocking shows you took effort to cut them out of your life. I’m good.

As for the why, your ex knows you see her stalking your stories. There could be a number of reasons she’s doing it. In the end they don’t matter. Do your thing and I’d assume move on. If anyone should have an issue with it it should be her new fling. I don’t know too many women that would be happy if their new guy was clicking on his exes ‘stories’ every day. I’m guessing your ex would have a conniption if she found out he was doing the same. You probably shouldn’t drop something like ‘you know my ‘stories’ post from the other day you checked out?’ In front of the new guy. That definitely wouldn’t be good.

Most social medias have muting features, where you remain friends on one another lists, however, you do not see their stories, posts, comments or views from you’re point of view.

I’d rather mute them so they can look into my life, but allows me to theirs unless I search for them and remove the lift
