I have a restraining order because of a bs DV claim. I can’t go home or even use my car until the court says I can. got a criminal lawyer to fight it. the court case is in 2 months.

then got a divorce lawyer the next day. been a week and a half and nothing….:

they told me she would be served last Friday. on Monday they called to confirm some information. that it would be 1-2 days for a marshall to serve her…..

i was originally told they would be interviewing her this week to see if her story is different than what she told the police. that would make my protective order go away if they catch her lying…..

now 2 weeks later pretty much couch surfing after having spent 20k because someone lied…the cherry on top is I have to pay her legal fees as well.

was It wishful thinking this would go quicker? Do I have to get another car? I can’t keep Ubering. The car was mine from before we met as is the house. It’s just crazy

then she text me and deletes it. Like she is trying to get me to respond to her to get me arrested again.

anyone else expire this and know how long it will take? think my state requires a 90 day divorce. I can’t be homeless and careless for 3 months.
