I have my hearing in 2 weeks, that will mostly LIKELY result in my wife bringing the kids back to TX, she has went all the to MI for almost 4 months, only reason it’s taken this long is she tried to get a protective order then appealed when it got denied.

I am in the residence(my name only) If she has to come back, will the judge accept her not having a place to live or no job down here as an excuse to let her stay??

P.S last hearing in February, she claimed she was “working” on coming back. Saying she was as only visiting her parents.
